Who qualifies for the free upgrade?

We offer the free upgrade to companies using a supported Umbraco version that can be upgraded without major redevelopment. Eligibility is confirmed via a free health check. If your setup is unusually complex, we’ll still offer a heavily discounted upgrade path.

What versions are eligible?

Most sites using Umbraco 7 and above are eligible. Older versions or custom configurations may require additional work, but we’ll advise clearly after the health check.

What’s included in the upgrade?

The upgrade includes:

Our standard support plan includes:

What happens after 12 months?

After 12 months, you can continue the support retainer, upgrade to a higher plan, or walk away, no hard lock-in. We aim to earn your trust, not trap you with contracts.

Do you work under NDAs or as a white-label partner?

Yes we work with both end clients and agencies. We’re happy to sign NDAs and act as a silent partner, representing your brand when needed.

Can I just pay for the upgrade without a retainer?

Yes, but it won’t be free. We offer fixed-price upgrade quotes outside this promotion, starting from £1,200+ depending on complexity.
