- From £120 a month for monitoring and patching. Plans with retained senior developer hours from £500 a month.

- £80 an hour for senior developer time, discounted for care plan clients. Your tools, your standups, your ticketing.
Azure-first hosting is sized and quoted per estate, from your real traffic figures. Every engagement starts with a free scoping call. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you on that call.
Questions
The things agencies ask first.
- What does white-label development mean in practice?
- On a Helitz agency engagement the work stays under your brand. Our developers use your tooling and join your standups, and we speak to your client only when you introduce us as part of your team. Deliverables, release notes and handovers carry your name, and most of our partners' clients have never heard of Helitz.
- Will Helitz approach our clients directly?
- No. Helitz does not approach a partner agency's clients, during an engagement or after it. Helitz does work directly with businesses, but those are relationships that came to us independently, never ones introduced through a partner. If it matters to you, we will put that in writing before the first project.
- Does Helitz work with in-house teams as well as agencies?
- Yes. In-house technical teams hire Helitz for senior .NET or Umbraco capacity without adding headcount. We use their existing processes and report to their technical lead, exactly as we do with agency partners.
- How does Helitz charge: fixed price or time and materials?
- Both, depending on what suits the work. Clearly scoped projects are fixed price after a free scoping call, and Umbraco upgrades follow a free health check. Care plans start at £120 a month for monitoring and patching, with retained senior developer hours on plans from £500 a month. Ad hoc development is £80 an hour, discounted for care plan clients.
- What technologies does Helitz specialise in?
- Current LTS releases of .NET for backend and API work, React and Next.js for frontend, and Umbraco for content management. Helitz hosts Azure-first, with AWS where a client's estate already sits there. We deliberately do not spread across more stacks than we can keep genuinely senior in.
- How quickly can Helitz start?
- A new engagement can typically start in two to three weeks, sooner for retained partners with existing capacity. We will tell you honestly on the first call whether we have the right people free. Helitz would rather decline than take work we cannot staff properly.
- How do we keep track of what's in progress?
- Every Helitz engagement runs through our client portal. You raise requests, agree acceptance criteria and sign off delivery there, with scope, cost and status in the same place. Changes are raised and priced there too, with a record of what was agreed. We set up your accounts at the start of the engagement.
- What happens if the scope changes mid-project?
- A mid-project scope change goes against the signed-off acceptance criteria, and Helitz tells you whether it is rework on our side or new work. If it is new work, you get a price and approve it before we build anything. Nothing gets quietly added to an invoice.
- Where is Helitz based?
- Helitz Digital Ltd is a UK company based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, registered in England and Wales under company number 13261365. Our engineers are UK-based and work UK hours.
